Briggs Field Services, headquartered in Houston, Texas with regional offices in Denver, Colorado and Sacramento, California, has over 20 years experience providing comprehensive right of way acquisition services to clients nationwide.  BFS offers employment to Project Managers, Title Specialist, Right of Way Agents and Relocation Specialist and Administrative personnel.

BFS currently have a need for Project Managers, Title Specialist, and Right of Way Agents for projects in Texas, Missouri, and Louisiana.  Real Estate or Broker License is required for acquisition agents for assignment in Missouri.

We are seeking applicants with 3-20 years experience providing title research, negotiating for rights of way acquisition, document preparation, and damage claim settlements, due diligence, survey permitting, railroad licenses & permitting, and condemnation support. Applicants must be self-starters and willing to work in a team environment.  Applicants must have working knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Project Managers must be experienced managing a diverse project workforce, knowledgeable of and manage the right of way acquisition process including title research, permitting, preparation of status reports, manage project budget, schedules and prepare status reports. Project Manager will serve as BFS representative with the client and coordinate the services of third party consultants, including real estate appraisers.
