Briggs Field Services has been providing relocation advisory services for commercial and residential relocations for local and state transportation agencies since 1995.

BFS experience includes relocation project management, business relocation, single family, multiple unit and mobile home residential relocation, preparation of relocation plans, reviewing relocation plans by others, calculating relocation benefits, project management and quality control over projects; organize and provide community relocation presentations.

BFS is experienced with projects that involve politically and culturally sensitive issues and meeting the needs of the mentally and physically challenged and senior citizens.

All relocation services are performed in accordance with local, state and federal laws including the Uniform Relocation Assistance Policies for Federal and Federal Assisted Programs (42 USC 61), as amended (the Uniform Act), 49 CFR Part 24 as well as client applicable policies and procedures.
